LoCOS contributes to the Up Scaling Managed Recharge for Providing Community Water Supply in Saline Areas since 2010, with technical support from Dhaka University and UNICEF funding. LoCOS provide health services women and children primary health and health medicines. The child's immunization, the pregnant mother and TT vaccinations for 15-49 year old women, providing growth monitoring, ANC-PNC services, birth control materials, IUDs, injections, women-children's counseling and motivation.

LoCOS has been working as an implementing organization with the assistance of Bangladesh government’s Women ministry to provide food assistance and different types of training to improve life standard of destitute women.
